We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
Yarden Pinot Noir is quite possibly the finest Israeli example of this delicate varietal. Grown at high altitudes in the Golan Heights, cool nighttime air ensures the grapes do not overheat and produce out-of-balance juice. A nose of spicy raspberry and rhubarb accented by dried flowers indicates that this is a Pinot Noir built to please the most discriminating oenophile. On the palate, layers of cranberry, violet and tobacco keep unfolding as you savor this mysteriously beautiful wine. Yarden Pinot Noir is exquisite with a wild mushroom risotto, roast duck in a red wine sauce or a hearty fish stew.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
