We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
Yarden Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine possesses a delicate, yet complex mixture of characteristics, including lemon, apple and floral notes, all layered with a hint of rich toast. The wine's generous acidity leads into a tasty and fresh finish. While ready to drink now, Yarden Blanc de Blancs will also age gracefully over several years. The wine makes an excellent and festive aperitif, and pairs well with canapes on the rich and/or salty side, such as caviar or pate. Yarden Blanc de Blancs is also a good accompaniment with delicately flavored foods, such as sushi or pan fried chicken breasts finished with a splash of wine - try the Blanc de Blancs as part of the recipe!
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
