We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
The Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon Bar'on Vineyard presents bright cherry and ripe plum fruit characters, layered with notes of cigar and chocolate, all balanced out with hints of herb. Pleasingly complex, this single vineyard Cabernet is full-bodied and densely flavored. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Although plesaurable to drink upon release, the Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon Bar'on Vineyard will improve in the bottle in the coming years, and should stay in excellent drinking condition for well over a decade from harvest. The wine pairs fabulously with a grilled stead, a hearty lamb stew or herb-roasted eggplant with tomatoes and mushrooms.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
