We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.
A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Shiraz, this wine was crafted from high-quality selected plots in the Upper Galilee during the late hours of the night. The wine was aged for 24 months in new French and American oak barrels, and is bursting with delicate aromas of vanilla and dark fruit, with an impressive balance of fruit and oak flavors on the palate, and a long, lingering and elegant finish. Vegan friendly.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
