We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
Weinstock Cellar Select is a spectacular wine exhibiting the finest characteristics of carefully selected grapes grown in the fertile Russian River region of California. Displaying top notes of citrus with tropical fruit, the wine is fermented in small barrels followed by aging sur lie, lending it a rich mouth-feel with a pleasing oak bouquet and flavor. Pairs well with poached fish, light preparations of veal or turkey, or pasta dishes with light sauces.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
