We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
Weinstock Cellar Select Cabernet is harvested later in the season than usual and consequently has an incredible level of richness. It has wonderful aroma notes of cranberry, blackberry and tobacco aligned with a balanced oak bouquet and flavor. This wine was aged in both new and one-year-old American and French barrels for nearly 18 months. Weinstock Cellar Select is the perfect food wine with its soft mouth feel and nice, rich, soft tannin. Enjoy it now with steak, pasta, and grilled chicken.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
