We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.
The Vitkin Journey Red has a bright purple violet color, with aromas of ripe plums, violets, Mediterranean herbs, pepper and a little vanilla. It has a good complexity, a balanced body and a pleasant fruity finish. The Carignan gives it the strong color and the rich fruit character, the Syrah contributes some spice to the taste profile, while the and Cabernet Franc lends body and structure. To be enjoyed within 3-4 years of the vintage.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
