We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
To open a bottle of Tzuba Metzuda is to enter the highest tier of quality in Israeli red wine. This kosher wine is produced at the Tzuba Estate Winery which is located in the Judean Hills, an area recognized as a major wine-producing region since Biblical times. This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, Metzuda bursts with fruit but offers many layers of complexity for wine lovers who are prepared to discover them. It has a bright purple color and is nice and young at the rim. Tasting the wine you get big oaky and fruity notes with hints of cedar and wood chips from the barrels this wine was aged in. This is a big wine, super acidic and tannic best suited with robust roasted meats, hearty stews or mature fine cheeses, Tzuba Metzuda is a revelation.
