We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
The grapes of Tzora Shoresh are sourced from small blocks of rocky soil from the estate grown Shoresh Vineyard. On this shallow and poor soil the vines strive for nutrition, which results in concentrated grapes with an array of flavors. This is a rich blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (46 %), Syrah ( 43 %), and Petit Verdot (11%) showing flavors of dark fruit and spices. The wine shows beautiful and harmonious texture. Shoresh 2013 was bottled after an aging period of 16 months in French oak barriques. The wine could be enjoyed now and will continue to improve in the bottle for many years to come.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
