We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Sourced carefully from vineyards in the Upper Galilee, widely considered to be Israel's finest wine growing region, this wine is the result of uncompromising selection in the vineyards and painstaking effort in the winery. When you see the deep maroon-purple cascade into your glass, you will appreciate the results of winemaker David bar ilan's hard work. And this will be compounded as you experience the aromas of black raspberry and Bing cherry, followed by flavors of redcurrant and mocha. Supple young tannins make this an easy-drinking luxury that pairs well with gourmet burgers, potato gaufrettes or roast chicken.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
