We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
According to Ha'aretz, Tulip winery is one of the best boutique wineries, whose quality of wine improves every single year. You will be hard-pressed to disagree after experiencing Tulip Just Cabernet Sauvignon. This small-production wine is sourced from low-yielding vineyards in the Upper Galilee, painstakingly vinified by winemaker Tamir Artzi and his support team, and aged in premium French Oak barrels for 8 months. What you get is a deep purple wine with soft, pleasant tannins, aromas of violet, cassis and toast and lively, complex blackberry flavors. Try this with a well-made meatloaf, baked manicotti or duck confit.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
