To create whisky with a tropical feel, our makers finished a portion of our smooth whisky in barrels that previously held Caribbean rum. The result is a well balanced and exceptionally smooth whisky. Single malt, meet summer.
Cask - Oak barrel, selectively finished in barrels that previously held Caribbean Rum
Nose - Sweet notes of pear and red apple meet a fabulous tropical twist of ripe bananas in syrup.
Flavor - Bold, smooth and tropical
Palate - Rich caramel toffee notes, followed by flavors of tropical fruit
Finish - Well balanced and exceptionally smooth
Enjoy With - Neat, on the rocks, topped with Coconut water or in a Mai Tai
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
