We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
Only Tuscan wines from grapes grown on the absolute best vineyard land in Chianti get to call themselves Classico. Terra di Seta Chianti Classico does its soil proud as a delicious and nuanced example of Italy's most famous wine. A blend of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, From organically grown grapes (ICEA Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification), this wine is medium - bodied high the color is bright ruby red, and combines softness, elegance and typical territorial through a rich bouquet and fruity, with hints of cherry, berry and violet. You will definitely want to drink this with classic Tuscan foods like pappardelle pasta with a rich meat ragu or bistecca fiorentina.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
