We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
Produced from select Merlot grapes grown on rich volcanic soil in the Moshav of Ramot Naftali in the Upper Galilee region, this wine has pronounced flavors of black forest fruits, with undertones of plums and tobacco. The Upper Galilee Merlot grapes provide the wine with a complexity that combines spicy aromas of Mediterranean herbs with the velvety, elegant body typical to the variety. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, and then aged for another year in the bottle, which gives it a long and complex finish. Pairs well with caramelized roasted veggies or or blackened fish. Part of the QPR Collection. It has received a 93 rating from Wine Enthusiast Magazine.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
