We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
The Tabor Adama Cabernet Sauvignon from the Galilee, Israel is wine of nice medium purple color that lasts all the way through the wine and all the way to the rim. The main aroma is of burnt black fruit, almost like roasted blackberries, although there are also some notes of red fruit, perhaps a touch red fruits, like rapsberries and roasted blackberries. There are also some nice wood on the back, cedar and a touch of vanilla for sweetness. The wine has a medium to full bodied taste and the acid is very calm all the way through and to the finish. The wine holds that burnt blackberry flavor with a touch bitterness in it to the end. The Cabernet Sauvignon tastes great with roasted duck or lamb chops. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
