We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
This award winning Chardonnay is made from grapes grown in Gush Etzion at an altitude of 900 meters. Eli Shiran, the winemaker, produces his wines in small batches out of his home winery, allowing him to give extra care to each vintage. The Shiran Chardonnay is unoaked and aged sur lies for four months lending itself to the wonderful creamy texture .
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
