We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
Made with dedication and expertise, the Shiran Conductor is a blend of Petite Sirah from the Ben Zimrah vineyards and Petit Verdot from the Gush Etzion hills. Aged in French, American, and Romanian oak barrels. Bold, yet balanced. Look for blackberry, blueberry, cassis, and leather in the nose. The taste profile is fruit forward with cranberry and black cherry. The mouth feel is gritty and bold. Allow to decant before drinking.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
