We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
Shiloh Secret Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is dark and mysterious, but it reveals all its secrets to the wine connoisseur with the patience to savor it slowly. A rich opaque red, the wine presents aromas of ripest plum and blueberry with a hint of coffee bean and tobacco. The mind-bending intense flavors include more dark berries, with cassis and an intriguing edge of pepper augmented by toasty oak. A firm structure predicts that this bottle will age beautifully for years. But you can also enjoy it now with an opulent veal stew, filet mignon with a sauce of red wine and cremini mushrooms.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
