We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. Dark garnet in color, with aromas of jammy raspberries and blackberries, dried flowers, green bell pepper, and freshly brewed coffee, with hints of toasted oak and a touch of freshly cracked black pepper. Full-bodied, concentrated with flavors of ripe black and red berries, smoked wood, pepper, sweet plums, dried figs, roasted coffee beans with medium acidity and searing tannins as well as a hint of grape seeds bitterness on a long and rich finish.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
