We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.
The Ramon Cardova Rose (Rosado) is made from 80% Garnacha and 20% Viura sourced from Northern Spain. The color is pale orange, on the nose you get freshly picked strawberries, cherries, minerals and violets. Light in body and very lively, with much of the same on the palate as well as notes of fresh ripe peaches, raspberries and grapefruit with stony minerals and notes of zesty red currants, with high yet balanced acidity and a very long and refreshing finish. Pairs well with mild cheeses, a variety of salads, poultry, veal and fish.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
