We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, from vineyards in the northern mountains of Israel, at a height of 900 meters. Psagot Sinai is a refreshing, fruity and beautifully balanced wine.
The Psagot barrel cellar is located in an ancient cave that was discovered during the process of establishing the winery. The region has an abundance of vineyards and wineries since ancient times, whose remnants exist even today. The natural damp conditions and constant temperature facilitate the high-quality aging process of many fragrant and delicious wines
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
