We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.
The grapes that produced this liquid Jewel were hand harvested from our finest plots of our highest quality vineyards in the Judean Hills. This liquid Jewel was aged for 24 months in 300L oak barrels, creating a liquid perfume of rich, elegant and caressing complexity. The nose displays lifted and rich fruit, is well integrated, and perfectly balanced with both French and Hungarian oak barrels. Big mouth- filling body, with rich red fruit, showing elegant and caressing tannins and complexity. This liquid Jewel would pair very well with meat based dishes
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
