We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
The coin depicted on the front comes from the period of the Great Revolt (66-73) CE. The coin was discovered while digging out a cave which would become the winery's barrel aging room. EDOM is Psagot Winery's flagship red featuring a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Cabernet Franc (19%), Merlot (6%) and Petite Verdot (5%). This full bodied wine was aged for 14months in French Oak Barrels. Psagot's M-series EDOM strives to supply a mevushal wine with the same quality you have come to demand from all of Psagot's EDOM wines. We accomplish this by using hi-tech flas pasteurization and rapid cooling technologies so that the flavors and aromas remain untouched.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
