Pascal Bouchard Chablis is a product of clever blending from the various terroirs of Burgundy. A pure and authentic wine that has been vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks to retain all its freshness and mineral character, which are so typical of quality Chablis wines. The wine has a very, very light color, almost completely transparent with a touch of yellow on the edges. It had a touch of frizzante at first that needed to blow off and then came the terroir which is very lovel with light earthy smells. There's also some nice lemon smells, like all parts of the lemon, the juice, the pith, the zest, the peel, its all in here. But none of it is overpowering as the earthy tones keeps it all in check. You also getting some tropical fruit like pinneapple and guava, but those are really just hinted at, not as up front as the lemon or earth.
