We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.
This limited production of Otzar Reserve produced in Tzfas is one of 600 bottles. Earthy notes lead on the nose, with clove, spice, basil, roasted hazelnut and tobacco leaves providing the backdrop for the ripe, dark fruit aromas. This wine is well structured, with bold flavors and an elegant texture. Aged for 18 months in new French Oak, this wine is suitable for further aging and should be decanted if consumed within 7 years of vintage. No added sulfites.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
