We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
The Or Haganuz Amuka Gewurztraminer is white wine made with grapes from the Levitas Vineyard. The vineyard is comprised of terra rossa, located 865m above sea level on a steep Eastern facing, sharp incline, allowing the grapes to benefit from the hot sun during the day and cool breeze at night. The wine is semi dry, typical of the Gewuztraminer varietal, it offers tropical fruit and floral notes on the nose and palate with hints of spice. This wine is rich and mellow with a silky smooth texture and was rated 90 points by Anthony Dias Blue of The Tasting Pannel.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
