If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. Winemaker's Notes
Odem Mountain, Single Vineyard, 1060, Cabernet Sauvignon: Dark, almost inky bordeaux red, with on the nose lots of sweet black fruits, spicy cedar wood, with notes of clove followed by fermented cherries and vanilla. Full-bodied and concentrated, with notes of ripe bramble, black currants, fermented cherries, craisins, followed by notes of tobacco, herbs, and vanilla bean, medium acidity, with hints of purple figs, cloves, and dark chocolate with soft tannins that rise on the very long and plush finish.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
