We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
The Novel Carrera is a blend of 75% Cabernet and 25% Barbera produced in Shiloh, Israel. The color is really dark, basically a deep dark purple all the way through. The aroma has a lot of big oakyness and big bursting red and black fruits, like crushed blackberries, black currants, and even some dark crushed plums. There is also some vanilla and leather both coming from the oak that is on the nose. The wine is full bodied in the mouth, but fairly subtle in its fruit and oak approach. It doesn't hit you over the head with it either in the mid palate. While the calm is mainly black fruit flavors, the finish brings the oaky leathery, chocolatey goodness. The finish is long and tannic and this is an overall good wine. Please note: This wine has secondary kosher certifications from Badatz Yerushalayim and Rabbi Don Levy.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
