We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
Produced from a blend of Cabernet (65%) Shiraz (20%) and Cabernet Franc (15%) grapes that grow in the upper Galilee on a Unique Terrace soil composed of volcanic rock, limestone, and Terra Rossa at a height of 850 meters. After being fermented separately, the three varietals were blended and added to french oak barrels for 12 months. The wine has deep purple color, full-bodied, spiced with a richness of red fruit and has a long pleasant finish.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
