We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
The Koenig Riesling produced in the Alsace region in France is a perfectly balanced wine with crisp acid and alcohol. The Koenig commitment to quality winemaking starts in the vineyard, where responsible viticulture and low yields produce unique opulent vintages. The wine has a golden yellow color with a slightly pink tinge. The aroma is a really nice subtle fruit though there is a much more earthiness, much more terroir. The taste is a really nice full bodied mouth feel, earthy. This is just a really enjoyable drinking experience, it feels exactly like Riesling is supposed to taste like.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
