We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
Single Vineyard Carignan 2013 comes from grapes harvested in the Shfeya vineyard, a 45-year-old vineyard near Zikron Ya'akov in Israel. It produces very small and concentrated quantities of quality grapes. Handpicked and aged for 22 months in oak barrels, this is an elegant, medium-bodied and well-balanced Carignan. Pairs well with braised brisket and spicy Asian beef. Part of the Jezreel Valley and Carnivores Choice Collections.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
