Winemaker's Notes
The Herzog Lineage Momentus sparkling wine is bright straw in color with fresh, light green reflections. On the nose, ripe meyer lemon, pears,
stone fruit, as well as hints of freshly baked sourdough bread. Light to medium- bodied, off dry, with an almost creamy texture. Nice, focused bubbles, vibrant,
with slightly sweet pear, honeydew, white peach, medium-plus acidity as well as pleasant yeasty notes and sweet lemon on the refreshing finish. Great aperitif wine at any party, or with vegetables tempura, spicy tuna sushi and fruit salad.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
