We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
This beautifully crafted Merlot from Hayotzer is a great wine at an even greater value. With a soft delicate palate, this wine is easy drinking and appeals very much to to consumer taste profile. The wine is made in a new world style with upfront fruits and strong flavors, yet not overbearing. The tannins are smooth, rounded, and balanced with strong oak flavor. The wine is aged 12 months in French oak barrels. Pair with oriental cuisine, chicken dishes, or even flavorful fish.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
