We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
The Hagafen Lake County White Riesling is made from organically farmed grapes from the renowned Devoto Vineyards in Napa's Lake County. This region provides a cool climate perfect for the long-ripening necessary to produce the tropical bouquet and feel this wine displays. Lake County White Riesling is super light beige looking in color, maybe a little straw looking, but clear and clean. The aroma is from nice tropical smells like pineapple, citrus, lime and apple peel and maybe some flint and minerals. The wine has a very new world smell with good aromas. The taste is very light bodied with a fair amounts of sweetness, not overpowering, but definitely a present sweetness. The acid comes on soft in the mid palate and stays soft the whole time through to the finish. The finish is light with more pineapple and citrus flavors. The wine is good easy, drinking wine and definitely worth its price tag.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
