We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
This mouth watering reserve is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot. The wine reaches its peak about four years after harvesting and will continue to develop for 8-10 years under suitable conditions. It is the perfect accompaniment for beef dishes, such as filet steak in a rich sauce, or oven-baked lamb. Open about an hour and a half before serving, or pour into a decanter, at a temperature of 16-18 C
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
