If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. The Gush Etzion Single Vineyard Late Harvest Gewurztraminer is perfect as an aperitif or dessert wine. The grapes were harvested at 28 brix, allowing for a rich textured wine with layered notes of tropical fruit, spice, honey, marmalade and rose. This wine will develop as it ages. Only 840 bottles of this wine were produced.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
