We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
Crafted by talented boutique winemaker Malkiel Hadari, the Gito Adom is a blend of Durif (aka Petite Sirah) grown in the Upper Galilee and Petit Verdot, Syrah, and Grenache from the Jerusalem Mountains. The Durif was fermented using 50% Whole Bunch Clusters to provide the wine with more freshness and elegance. The wine was aged for 15 months in old French oak barrels and American oak (20%) barrels for 15 months. This wine is unique and special, packed with rich red fruit flavors and a spicy oak taste profile. The wine has gritty tannins that should pair well with rich meat dishes. The wine's balanced and refreshing acidity should aid the aging process. Enjoy now, but decant or allow to breathe before drinking.

Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
