We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.
This Rose is made from 100% Cabernet Franc that were cold soaked on the skins to extract extra color and flavor, and then cold fermented to add flavor and aroma. The appearance is a pink-orange that is bright and nearly translucent. The aroma is very citrusy with lots of grapefruit and nectarine in the aroma. The wine has a very pleasant and light mouth feel with good acids that fade slightly. Stronger alcohol presents towards the back of the palate making this very dry refreshment. Chill for optimal enjoyment.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
