We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
This elegant wine is 100% made from Tempranillo grapes that hail from the vineyards in northern Spain and is aged for 14 months in French and American oak casks. The coloring is a beautiful garnet, with some cloudiness giving it the appearance of red brick. The aroma is multi-faceted and builds in layers with bursts of red fruit and spice. Cranberries, cherries, and red currants are alive in the nose and followed by exotic smells of ground pepper and aromatic cloves. The taste reveals similar flavors, with lots of fresh, red fruit and a light earthiness. It is fairly light bodied with a strong acidity that grows to the end, and finishes pleasantly. This wine is superbly balanced and shows its craftmanship.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
