We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
A signature special edition wine, this sophisticated classical blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Malbec (30%), Merlot (30%) is rich with a red berry under taste and gorgeous violet notes of licorice and spice. This full-bodied wine lingers on the taste buds and softens into a balanced sweet and spicy finale. It enriches the taste of casseroles and meat dishes as well as strong cheeses. Produced from grapes grown in our own vineyards near Rehovot, the wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, and released after a year of lying in bottles in a controlled environment.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
