We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.
The Dalton Matatia 2013 is what most would call a cult wine. The 2013 vintage is the first to hit the market since 2008! Dalton is known for their exceptional wine craftsmanship that makes them competitive in the global wine market.
At each stage of the wine making process, batches were graded and selected- only using the top rated of each batch- to create this gift to the kosher wine world. The rigorous selective process for completing this wine,has left us with an extremely allocated amount. You will no doubt, want to add this to your collection.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
