We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.
The Dalton Estate Pinot Gris is a refreshing white wine from Israel's Galilee. The appearance is very clear and nearly transparent with a soft light yellow tint to it. One can smell a very pleasant aroma that is fruity with loads of lemon, gooseberries, apricots and Golden Delicious apples. It is very light in the mouth with little acid in the mid palate, but a stronger acidity towards the finish. The flavor has a light tartness to it, but nothing that would leave one with a pucker. The wine leaves the mouth with just little touch of spice at the end.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
