If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
The Covenant Solomon Lot 70 is full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon produced in California's Napa Valley. The wine is aged 18 months in French Oak barrels to produce a wine that is rich with flavor and character. The taste reveals flavors of black cherry, blackberry, currant, and spices on the initial palate with hints of licorice and chocolate towards the end. The taste is lush and lingers for a long finish. Soft, supple tannins balance the wine giving it a well balanced profile.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
