We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
Chevalier de Lascombes is the second wine from the Grand Cru Classe Chateau Lascombes in Margaux, which has established itself as the estate’s “other” wine with its own unique personality. Developed with the same care and attention taken to make the first wine, Chevalier de Lascombes comes from selected parcels that are distinct from those used in the elaboration of the first one. The blend consists of Merlot (60%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (40%). The Chevalier de Lascombes 2017 presents all the typicity of a great Margaux with a harmony between smoothness and refinement, which makes this wine perfectly consumable during its first ten years.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
