Winemaker's Notes
The In Chenin Blanc is a California white wine that has a medium golden color that maybe straying a touch towards salmon colored. It's a nice clean looking wine. The aromas are very subtle with maybe some sweet lemon smell and a little hay. This wine is light bodied with a kind of soury and sweet taste. There isn't any acid in mid palate but the acid comes at the end. This Chenin Blanc is best served chilled and is a perfect companion to spicy dishes, poultry or on its own.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
