We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
An aromatic and flavorful Bordeaux, the Chatearu Rouyamont Lalande is a highly rated French wine. Consisting of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc grapes sourced from France's premier wine growing region. It exudes earthy aromas that are clean and fresh with undertones of cherries and raspberries. The wine itself is smooth, light bodied, and posesses a pleasant rounded texture. Look for lots of red fruit flavors such as cranberries, pomegranate, red currants, and cherries. A slight acidity at the end and silky tannins balances the taste. The finish is long with more red fruits and earthy flavors. The wine is complex, well balanced, and rich with a flavor profile that anyone will enjoy.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
