We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
Château Fontenil hails from the Fronsac region, alongside the Dordogne River in the right bank of the Bordeaux wine country. The wine comes from the estate of Michel Rolland, who is arguably the most famous winemaker and oenologist in the world, consulting for dozens of wineries across the entire globe. He is well-known for making wines that are rich and velvety. Fontenil is his very own baby, meaning he owns it and makes the wine there to fully reflect his philosophy.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
