We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
For Peraj Petita, Capcanes selects the best grapes from its indigenous varieties of Garnacha, Samso and Ull de Llebre. The grapes are harvested from ancient vines up in the mountains.
Peraj Petita 2019 is a powerful blend of 50% Grenache, 20% Tempranillo, 15% Merlot and 15% Syrah, and exhibits lively fruit and seductive aromas of red berries and cherry. It reflects the terroir and great varieties of the area. Pairs well with New York strip steak or lamb shanks braised in tomato broth. Part of the QPR Collection.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
