We are constantly replenishing our inventory, and sometimes we will have to make a vintage substitution. We reserve the right to substitute the vintage of any bottle under $15 without notification. If a vintage substitution is needed for a wine over $15, we will send an email notification and wait 24 hours for your response before shipping the available vintage. If you are vintage specific please leave a note in the comment section at checkout. We will never substitute with a Shmita vintage. Thank you for your understanding.

Winemaker's Notes
The best Garnachas (aka Grenaches) from Spain are gaining recognition among the greatest wines in the world. We are pleased to offer proof of this to you in the form of Capcanes La Flor Del Flor De Primavera. From grapes grown in the Monsant region, known for exemplary Garnacha, this wine is a vivid magenta color with electrifying aromas of ripe cherries and raspberry jam. The palate sings with more gigantic red fruit, fresh-cut flowers and wild herbs. Open a special wine like this when you have prepared a cote de boeuf or chicken cacciatore and a side of fennel gratin.
Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated. Most of our products are shipped frozen; occasionally, due to a very quick turnaround between when the meats arrive at our freezing and distribution facility and when they are delivered to you, meats may be shipped fresh. Meat that is cold to the touch can be refrigerated for immediate use, or frozen for later use.
