    Description


    Made from 80-90% corn, the spirit is distilled to 160-190 proof and aged for 11 years in used oak barrels. While it has a bourbon-ish base, it is not legally a bourbon because the product is not made to bourbon's legal standards--it doesn't use new, charred barrels and it exceeds proof limits at distillation.

    Additional information

    Products are packed with coolant during their journey to ensure they arrive in great shape. Meats will arrive frozen or refrigerated.
